HubSpot announced its Fall 2026 Spotlight at Unbound in Boston on 16 September. HubSpot’s own announcement names about ten headline capabilities and gives no total, but some sources put the full release at 134 updates. Nobody on a revenue team has the hours for 134 of anything.
So here is what we would touch, in the order we would touch it.
We do HubSpot and CRM work for B2B teams as part of wider campaign and RevOps clean-ups. We are not a HubSpot partner, which means nobody pays us to like this release. Some of it I like. Some of it can wait.
Last December I wrote on LinkedIn that I’ve seen HubSpot portals that look clean but behave like expensive spreadsheets. A release this size lands on top of whatever your portal already is, so that is where I would look first.
Open Context Home before anything else
The headline feature is a self-updating Smart CRM. HubSpot says it captures calls, emails and meetings and syncs them, so records stay current without reps typing notes. Next to it sits Context Home, which scores how complete your business context is and lists the gaps. Diginomica’s write-up says you find it in the Context tab inside Agent Hub.
HubSpot calls the shared picture of your business, your team and your customers “Growth Context”, and the whole release hangs off it. That is a lot of weight on one idea, which is why I would start there.
Why first? Because HubSpot’s agents read that context before they do any work. Thin context means the agent guesses, and a fast agent guessing is worse than a slow person who knows the account.
Give it an afternoon. Fix the gaps it names. Then decide which agents to switch on.

Agent Hub is where the money goes
Agent Hub became the home for HubSpot’s agents in July, and Breeze Studio is now called Agent Builder. Both are in public beta and need a Professional or Enterprise plan. There is no separate licence for Agent Hub, but the agents run on credits. Some sources report that agents which were free during the beta now consume credits, so a team that built workflows early may be in for a surprise. Credits cost $0.01 each beyond the monthly allowance, according to HubSpot’s pricing page, which lists 3,000 included credits on Professional and 5,000 on Enterprise.
Check your usage before the invoice does it for you. HubSpot added spend caps, seat-to-credit swaps and flex payment options on 15 October, and with the Diwali-quarter budget scramble already on the calendar, I would read that announcement twice.
Breeze Assistant got a rebuild
The old Breeze Assistant answered questions. The rebuilt one takes a prompt, hands the work to specialised agents and comes back with proposals, reports and campaign plans, according to Hacking Demand’s breakdown of the keynote. It can also walk you through building a custom agent in Agent Builder, run scheduled prompts, and as of this week, make editable PowerPoint decks.
It is the easiest place to start, because you read what it produces before anyone else does. We wrote a separate post on it.
HubSpot’s own figure is that customers using it generate 2.2x more leads, based on its study of June and July 2026 usage. That is a vendor number. Test it on your own pipeline.
For the marketing side
Marketers got Marketing Studio for campaign work and two new ad integrations. HubSpot says it is the first CRM to integrate with ChatGPT Ads, so you can build, manage and measure those ads from inside HubSpot, and Microsoft Advertising sits alongside it, per Diginomica and CMSWire. HubSpot AEO, its answer engine optimisation tool from the spring release, is in public beta in Marketing Hub.
If AI search already sends you traffic, AEO is worth a look. If it does not, park it.
Revenue Hub, only if you quote and invoice in HubSpot
Revenue Hub is the evolution of Commerce Hub, for Professional and Enterprise plans. It covers quotes, contracts and billing, plus a new Revenue Agent that chases overdue invoices. HubSpot cited Workleap, a Canadian software company, going from quote to signature in under 15 minutes.
If your quotes live in a spreadsheet and your invoices in another tool, take a look. If finance runs a billing system with its own rules, leave it alone. More on that in our Revenue Hub post.
Two deadlines that have nothing to do with AI
On 26 October, HubSpot stops existing accounts from creating new legacy private apps. Existing apps keep working. On 31 October, classic CRM cards built on the CRM Extensions API stop rendering in records.
The first mostly bothers whoever builds your integrations. The second hits you if a vendor or an old developer put a card on your deal sidebar and nobody remembers who. Both come straight from HubSpot’s developer changelog, and our deadlines checklist walks through what to do.
What we would do this month
- Open Context Home and fix the gaps it names.
- Check your portal for classic CRM cards and legacy private apps before 26 and 31 October.
- Set a spend cap before you switch on any agent that burns credits.
- Try Breeze Assistant on one real job, such as a weekly pipeline summary.
- Turn on one agent, with a person approving what it sends.
- Leave Revenue Hub until your quote process is mapped on paper.
Where this goes wrong
Most of this is beta, rolling out through October. Features arrive on different plans at different times, so what you see in your portal may not match the keynote.
The whole release also assumes your data is decent. A CRM where lead owner is blank on too many records will make any agent look foolish.

FAQ
When was the HubSpot Fall 2026 Spotlight announced?
HubSpot announced it on 16 September 2026 at its Unbound conference in Boston. Features are rolling out in public beta and general availability through October, so availability depends on your plan and your portal. Check your own account before planning around any single feature.
Do I need a Professional or Enterprise plan for Agent Hub?
Yes. HubSpot’s developer documentation says Agent Hub and Agent Builder require Professional or Enterprise plans. There is no separate licence for Agent Hub itself, but agents consume credits, so confirm availability and spend controls in your own portal first. Check what your agents cost before you scale them.
What is Context Home?
Context Home shows what HubSpot knows about your business, customers and team, scores how complete that context is, and points out gaps. It matters because HubSpot’s agents read that context before they act, so gaps there turn into weak agent output.
Is the Breeze name gone?
Not entirely. Breeze Assistant keeps its name. Breeze Agents became Agent Hub and Breeze Studio became Agent Builder in July 2026. Some third-party guides still use the old names, which is why search results look confusing. If a guide mentions Breeze Studio or Breeze Agents, check its date before following the steps.
